The Design Team has been meeting with speakers and worship leaders, and we are so pumped for what God is going to do as we BEGIN AGAIN! Don't forget to Register your group now! The Opryland room block is only held through Sept. 15, but if you register by Sept. 26th for guaranteed shirts at the event. For hotel reservations at Gaylord Opryland, you will need to fill out the online registration form multiple times for each separate room. If you are reserving a block of 10 rooms or more or need assistance, please email: [email protected]. To help support the event, we ask that you reserve rooms at Opryland. If the cost of lodging at Opryland is prohibitive, see below for more information about a conference sponsorship that is available to use connectional ministry dollars to help with the cost difference for hotel lodging. To help support this event, we ask that participants stay at Opryland Hotel.
If the cost is prohibitive, conference sponsorship is available to help with the cost difference for hotel lodging up to $150 per room, per night. This amount of sponsorship puts the cost of Opryland hotel rooms in the same price range as other area hotels for the same weekend.

If your church is granted a sponsorship, the conference will make the room reservation on your behalf. After your request is received, Joanna Newberry will follow up with you within 24 hours.
The deadline to submit your request is September 12.
In order for these requests to be processed in a timely manner, it is imperative to provide accurate contact information in the request form where you will be able to respond quickly if asked to provide any further information.
