This email is to inform you that Black Methodist for Church Renewal (BMCR) is alive and well, but we could be better if more people were informed.
We know that you are busy with your parishioners, so we would like you to send us the name, email address, and phone number of someone who will act as your BMCR representative or contact person. This person should be willing to attend quarterly meetings and share announcements with your congregation.
We would like to have the name of the contact person by June 18, the Sunday before our annual meeting, which coincides with the Tennessee Western Kentucky Annual Conference.
